A Taste of Luke’s Kitchen On Rail

Since 2016, my team and I have been embarking on Asia’s most luxurious train and served our specially curated three-course Luke's Kitchen menu with matching wines on-board the Eastern & Oriental Express.

The train carries around 100 guests in en-suite, air-conditioned cabins with two dining cars, a lively bar car with a resident pianist and an outdoor observation car from which to enjoy the scenic landscapes of South East Asia.

The train travels on one of the most magical and memorable routes in the world through Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
